Spotter Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“ AUP”) identifies prohibited uses of the Platform Services made available to you by Spotter Memberships LLC (“ Spotter”) under the Spotter Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://spotter.com/terms-of-service. We do not allow the Platform Services to be used for the following:

Deceptive or misleading activities. This includes using the Platform Services to:

Illegal, malicious or highly regulated activities. This includes using the Platform Services to:

Activities with a high risk of economic or other harm. This includes using the Platform Services to:

Violent, hateful, or threatening activities. This includes using the Platform Services to:

Sexually explicit activities. This includes using the Platform Services to:

Child sexual exploitation or abuse activities. We strictly prohibit and will report to relevant authorities and organizations where appropriate any activity or content that exploits or harms children, or describes, encourages, supports or promotes any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse in addition to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Spotter may monitor your usage of the Platform Services, and violations by you or your employees, contractors or agents of this AUP could result in action against your account, up to suspension or termination. We request that you notify us at support@spotterstudio.com if our Platform Services output inaccurate, biased, or harmful content.
